Analyzeren provides YouTube retention analysis and AI-assisted video editing. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your channel, views, or revenue.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and may not share credentials or use another person's account without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Only connect YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law, YouTube's Terms of Service, or the rights of others.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analyzeren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
